Mac won't show any items on the Pull Down Menus

I purchased a new Apple M2 Pro Mac Mini and installed Vassal. When I went to start a game, I clicked on any menu item and the box shows, but now items in the box to choose from.

Any help?

Can you confirm which build of VASSAL you installed? Hopefully it’s the Apple Silicon one.

If so, do you have this option enabled in VASSAL’s main preferences?

I have the new M2 Apple Pro Chip. I unchecked the Compatibility Box and everything appeared. Thanks for the lead!
