Max size limits for Modules?

Just completed a module and its 22 Meg !

This seems huge. Is there a problem posting modules this size?

Before posting the module on this site I’d like to play test it with my Nephew couple of times.

If I e-mail him the mod file we can still play against each other live - correct?
