A lesser known strategic American Civil War game published by World Wide Wargames. This game was designed by Mark McLughlin who also designed Avalon Hill's War and Peace game. It was originally published as two game sets: Army of the Potomac and Army of the Tennessee. There are several small scenarios, campaigns for the Eastern and Western theaters and a Grand Campaign game of the entire war. I will try to add files for these as time permits.
