No Map 3.2.12

Can’t get any map to show in new module with Vassal 3.2.12. It’s just black. It takes about 3 minutes for the “Edit Grid” window to open and it’s black too. Yes, I’ve tried clearing the cache. No difference.

Additionally, the only way I can get this closed once it’s open is through the Task Manager which, when you try to find a solution to the problem gives the error message, " Java™ Platform SE binary not responding."

Vassal version 3.2.12
Windows Vista
Java 7 Update 60

On a hunch I uninstalled 3.2.12 and deleted the downloaded file. Then I downloaded and re-installed 3.2.12. It works fine. There must have been some kind of hic-cup during the first download.
