You or your opponent must own the physical boxed game from GMT.
If you look in the rules you will find an extensive 6-page example of play at the back plus the Designer’s Notes [page 28 to 34].
The rules also have the victory conditions - that will inform your play greatly - having objectives to aim for [automatic victory page 24 & Scenario victory conditions page 26/27]
