exited old vassal. 3.2.7?
installed new vassal 3.3.0-beta2
tried to run a saved game - got an error log, I sent in. could not exit / close new vassal.
did a re-boot and no more problems.
so possibly something go left behind by the old vassal, that the new vassal could not deal with.

That doesn’t give us much to go on. If it happens again, please report it
