Online game room hiccup: double names, no map

A group of gamers and I just started playing a new module a friend created — and the following bug keeps cropping up:

When moving from the Main Room folder to a game folder (let’s call it CAMPAIGN), one player keeps finding his name listed twice in the Active Game folder. When this occurs, the game board graphic suddenly disappears. The player in question is in synch with the other players and can see chat and text of pieces moved, but no map.

This happened to one player the first turn, and, the next day to myself as we began the 2nd turn. Even quitting and restarting didn’t fix the issue.

Is this a problem with the server, or is it interference from something else? Could the player accidentally be launching several copies of the module? And why would the game board disappear?

Thanks

It’s probably a bug in the game server.
