Is there any progress toward loading pdfs into a Chart Window. It has its obvious utility. In my most recent case, building a playtest module, it would be nice to be able to load the rules so playtesters can refer to them without having to print them. Not crucial as it’s easy to work around this even when only an actual chart is sent to the designer as a pdf, afterall the newer Photoshops, 5 and newer, will convert a pdf to a png or jpg.
V4 will probably be able to render PDFs. (A demo I made several years ago could.) Don’t expect V3 to be able to render PDFs
Vassal will accept PDF help files, so if your goal is to load the rules - the existing version should cover allow it…
