Is it possible to establish a peer-to-peer connection between two instance of VASSAL 3.2.7 running on the same machine? I’m using a connect string of localhost:5050. I’m getting the error:
Peer David Sullivan (192.168.1.126:5050) connected failed: Password mismatch
This works fine in 3.1.20.
Thanks, David

You can’t have both instances listening on the same port on the same
interface. That might be your problem.

I assumed as much, but when it worked in 3.1.20 I was hopeful. Oh, well, gotta dig out the Mac for testing.

This isn’t fatal—you just need to set a different port for one of the
instances, IIRC.
