The problem is the latest version 3.6.14 does not like windows.
OS Windows 10
CPU i7 940 2,93 Gh
GPU GTX 980
RAM 12GB
I’m new with this program.
It won’t even let me download it.
Any solution?

Can you be more specific about what you’re seeing? From what URL are you trying to download? What won’t let you download from it? Screenshots are helpful if you’re not sure what to describe.

I have it installed, now I will look for the Tobruk module from Avalon Hill.
I have it in box but I was missing the infantry combat rules.
I hope to get to grips with the program and I am new to this.

How are the modules installed?

You can find the User’s Guide in the Help menu. It’s a good thing to read.
