Hello!
I like to play games on Vassal from time to time, and I visit my local cafe browser to play.
Java is installed on their computers, but no access to local drives, except flashdrive and the user directory/desktop/etc.
I have the modules and the vassal other zip file stored on my flashdrive.
I was wondering if I would be able to execute the vengine.jar file by using an HTML file with an applet tag to run it?

VASSAL is not a Java applet. It’s a full application. You can run only
applets from the browser plugin.

However, if you have access to your flash drive, you should be able to
install the generic VASSAL bundle there and run that.
