Server connection issues- want to play VASL!!!

Hi, I am new to this site and Vassal as well, and I am eager to play squad leader online. However, whenever I try to connect to a VASL server by clicking “look for a game online,” the connection window pops up for about thirty seconds, and this message appears- Unable to establish connection to server: Connection timed out: connect

I edited my firewall setting to allow VASSAL, and the problem persists. I can play multiple other online games with no problem. My PC is top of the line, Alienware m15x with upgraded components, so I am confident my specifications are up to snuff. I also know that the particular game I am trying to connect to has players online, for I can see in the server window. What should I do?

Are you stil having this problem? Our internet connection is quite
saturated at present, which might account for what you’re seeing.
