Currently (VASSAL 3.4.9), if you want to set Zone’s Global Property via Set Global Property trait, then you can do that for zones located only in CurrentMap.
Could you please add an option to search the GP of Named Zone in another Map? So please add a field (in Set Global Property window), where you can set the particular Map when choosing “Locate Property starting in the:” “Named Zone”
