I have heard that there was a space hulk module for Vassal. But I couldn’t find it anymore.
Can someone help me with that?

When I came across a link this is what I got for it, “This module has been removed at the request of the publisher”. So yes, At one time there was one but not anymore. I can’t find a name on who developed the module though. Sorry.
I would also love to have the module. I’d really like to have the 3rd edition, so if anyone wishes to make it for me I’d even pay for your effort! 
If you don’t need any of the more sophisticated features Vassal offers (in other words you are happy with just a map and counters), then you could very easily do it yourself in ZunTzu.
