I can not find this in the module library. Any guidance or has it been deleted?

There is a

Stalingrad Inferno on the Volga

and a

Stalingrad: Verdun on the Volga

Is what you’re looking for different from one of these?

If you’re looking for the one published by Revolution Games, I don’t believe there’s ever been a module published on our site for it.

If you are talking about Stalingrad: Advance to the Volga, 1942 (BGG link), then according to this post (also @BGG) you should be able to find it at Revolution Game’s website. Indeed you can find it here. The rules of the game can be found in the same location.

Why this module was never upload to the game library, is a good question. Note that the modules of Battle of the Bulge: Celles is not the same as the one available in the game library: Battles of the Bulge: Celles.
