@g1ul10 I’ve removed projects 377 and 379.
@fumanpo I’ve added you as an owner for Crimea: Conquest & Liberation and Luzon: Race for Bataan. The other OCS modules already had you as an owner.
I’ve also added you as an owner for None But Heroes and Last Chance for Victory. The other LoB/RSS modules already had you as an owner.
Great, thank you very much.
If/when you can get around to it: The Forgotten Battles page has 4 older module releases. Of these, 1.0.0 & 1.1.0 & 1.2.0 should be placed in a separate Package (or ideally a separate page). 1.0.0 to 1.2.0 are a module of this game only, while Ostfront is actually an evolving combined module of The Third Winter/Crimea/The Forgotten Battles/upcoming Hero City.
I don’t follow. It looks like the two Ostfront modules ought to be in their own project, perhaps, while the modules specifically for The Forgotten Battles should be where they are?
That is correct. Please relocate the 2 Ostfront modules to be their own project on the same page, since at this time it does not appear I can do that on my end. Thanks.
Different project means different page. If you want the Ostfront modules on the same page as The Forgotten Battles modules, then they would all be in the same project, but different packages. Which is it that you’d like?
After thinking about it…having the 2 Ostfront modules be their own separate project on their own dedicated page would be best for long-term stability and clarity. So please separate out those 2 modules, along with their accompanying 2.0 module notes. Thanks.
Ok. Please create an Ostfront project and add a package to it for the modules to go into. Once you’ve done that, let me know and I’ll move the modules over for you.
Changes to usernames and avatars should now appear more or less immediately in the game library. (@fumanpo, I seem to recall that yours had not updated. It has now.)
And I would add that the Ostfront v1.0 module is buried near the bottom of The Third Winter page as an older module version. So transferring that to be listed as an older version of a separate Ostfront module page would also make long-term sense (and clean up The Third Winter old version listing as well). Thanks.
I have just created an Ostfront project page.
Let me know if I need to do anything else on my end.
Wasn’t there once a plan to have a free text field in connection with each module? I can’t see it now, and nobody has mentioned it for so long that I might be hallucinating.
Anyway, the idea was to have stuff like change logs under each module, so that the Read Me section would not explode when there are a lot of modules.
I’ve moved all of the Ostfront modules to the Ostfront project.
What would you expect that to look like? Would you provide a mockup?
All looks good Joel…thank you.
Try uploading now. I’ve increased the timeout to 5 minutes.
Still no luck on my end…same error message as before. Upload time is similar to before…definitely less than 5 minutes.
I have the “Red Storm: The Air War Over Central Germany, 1987” page. I’m the designer. What do you need me to do?
Doug
Could this be used?
Instead of Readme it could say “Notes”, and as long as it is empty it should only show up for the owner.
The question I need an answer for is: Are the two series of modules different projects?
If so, then one of them should have a new project made for it. Once that new project page is made (by you, or by the other module designer), then I can move the modules to it.
If not, then let me know that, and I can move all the modules to the current project page.
