Table rotation in 3.X.X

Table rotation:

I know this isn’t possible currently, but can it become a thing under 3.X.X?

Or is table rotation strictly a potential possibility under Vassal 4?

I ask because new players, in particular, find it a lot easier to be playing from the bottom than the top.

It’s not impossible, but it would be quite a lot of work to implement in V3. I’d rather put that effort into V4, for my part.
