Tank Duel Module - Can't find Hill scenario cards

I was looking at the Tank Duel module to play online, and I realized that I can’t find the “Hill” scenario cards (or the corresponding “Road” cards) in the module. I know the hill cards are used for 2 of the scenarios, so they would be nice to have.

I found the “Bridge” cards, and expected them to be there, but no luck. Am I missing them in some easy to find location in the module? Thank you.

To me it looks like they’re in the Pieces palette (toolbar button between “Retire” and “Battle Cards”), specifically in the Scenario Cards tab.
