Toolbar icons reverting to default in 3.1.13

I finally upgraded from 3.1.12 to 3.1.13, and I’ve noticed that for modules that have a module-defined toolbar icon for “Undo” “Step Forward” and “Server Controls”, those icons revert back to the default icon. I tried this with several different modules that I know have replaced those icons, and it’s the same result each time. The images still exist in the modules of course, but they’re not being read. Digging into the code in the buildFile, those icons are still being defined by the code. I’m running Java 1.6.0_17 on Windows XP Pro.

More info: I tried updating and re-saving a module with v3.1.13 to try to fix this, but it still reverts back to the default icons the next time I open it.

I know what the problem is. Side effect of fixing the ‘dirty module’ bug. Will be fixed in 3.1.14

Bug [2912371] Custom step/undo/connect icons not showing in 3.1.13

Side effect of fix for bug 2899561. GlobalOptions assumed a specific build
order that changed when the bug was fixed.
