Translation failure for Turn Counter

Version 3.6.11 on Mac Ventura 13.1.

The turn counter translation seems to be ignored. The word “Turno” should be “Turn” in English. I’ve set it here:

But this is what I see:

The individual turn counter phases translate just fine, so that’s good, and thanks for the translation updates in 3.6.11!

Did this work in any older version? If so, what is the most recent version where it did work?

Not as far as I can tell. I tried 3.6.1 and 3.6.10, same behavior. I was unable to try with 3.5.x, it said it was too old.
