Translators needed for 3.1.0 beta

As soon as Joel release the 3.1.0 beta, we will need the assistance of translators to review and update the existing translations.

There have been numerous changes and additions to the user interface. Currently, we have translations in the following languages:

German
Spanish
French
Italian
Japanese

Any additional languages would be most welcome also.

I think before any translators set to work, we should review all
of the keys we have in English, and determine

  1. Which ones are not in use and can be removed
  2. Which ones should be reworded
  3. Which ones should be combined/split
  4. Whether there are some which should exist but don’t
