Twilight Struggle PBEM module bug ???

I have a problem with Vassal PBEM module 1.0 (Twilight-Struggle-PBEM-1.0.vmod).

This is a description of the bug:
when I try to add or remove an influence on some countries the module doesn’t add the country name.

For example if I want to add an influence on Italy, this is description on log window:

-"* American player changes US Influence in to 2."

I have Vassal 3.2.11 version, but I have tried with every versions higher than 3.2.7 with the same result.

If I use Vassal 3.2.7 or lower, module shows the correct form in the window log:

-"* American player changes US Influence in Italy to 2."

I don’t know if it is a known bug, but I can’t find anything on it.

Do you know how to solve it ???

What you’re seeing is probably due to the fix for Bug 10279 in 3.2.8.
The TS PBEM module might have been relying on the pre-3.2.8 behavior,
which might be a bug in VASSAL or a bug in the module.

Have you contacted the maintainer of that module about it?
