I am curious why you chose to invade Arcturus instead of Sumerian. We said that we would treat the trade station like a normal planet at the beginning. With that in mind, I can’t think of any reason that you would take Arcturus first.
Did you misunderstand what I meant by treating it like a normal planet?
If you have a reason, you certainly don’t need to share it, I just want to make sure that the “house rules” are clear.

If magicpokey is not ready to return to the game yet, we should probably look for a replacement. He fell pretty far behind last round by taking no actions.
I have a friend that I can probably convince to take over his hand. There have also been a couple of newbies posting on the Vassal board looking for a game.

To be honest, I didn’t remember that conversation and rather than ask, I just assumed I “couldn’t” take it. Having said that, if I could alter my move, I will, otherwise I will keep my action.
If harujongil could comment on magic’s status, that would be good, to get an idea of when/if he will return to the game. Otherwise, a replacement is an excellent idea, I think.
I thought as much, especially since it is such an odd situation. I have no issue with you changing which planet to invade. You could also use warfare to get both planets this round, so that it doesn’t matter.

That’s fine with me and I keep talking to magicpokey, but he seems disinterested in the game recently.
On the same note, I’m leaving for Spain in 3 weeks. I would like to continue playing up till that point, but after I leave, I won’t be able to continue. We’re going to need to find someone to replace me soon and maybe magicpokey very quickly. I’ll talk to him one more time, but don’t hold your breaths.
I don’t have a problem pausing the game during your trip, but if you don’t think you will be able to continue at all, then we can handle the situation at that time.
