I updated the “Pursuit of Glory” module. But the page for that module is not editable (I didn’t know that was possible). The owner hasn’t responded to me. Is it possible to create a new page for the same game?
Is it Pursuit of Glory? Please give a link to the module in question so that it is clear to all, what it is you are talking about.

Yes, it is possible to have multiple projects that cover the same game. See How to upload modules to the Game Library for how to do it.
Note, if you “fork” Pursuit of Glory into a new project, then it would be in good style to say in the Readme section that your project is based on the other project (and give a link), and which specific release of that other project.
Also, if you use materials that are copyrighted in your module, make sure you have the license to use those materials - both the original art work, and materials of the module it self.
