Vassal keeps saying to update but every time I press update it sends me to this website with version 3.2.17 that has not updated since 31/12/2016?

But the downloads page on the website now has a newer version.
Maybe update the sourceforge version or the website the update points to?

We missed updating the URL in 3.3.0 and 3.3.1. This is fixed already in
the development version and will be correct in 3.3.2.
