Uploaded Module Update Not Approved?

I uploaded a new version of a module last Friday, and it still hasn’t been “approved”. This is a critical update!

The moderation log shows a change approved on the 8th:

I see nothing in the queue which looks relevant. Did you forget to edit the module page?
