Vassal 3.2.2 : Tools menu ??

Hi,
I don’t know if this is the same for ALL the modules but, when I’m opening Squad Leader and Flat Top modules with Vassal 3.2.2 I find that there is a new menu at the top of the screen, called “Tools”, clicking which you get a single choice called “refresh counters” .

I’ve never seen this menu before, in previous versions, so the question is: what is that for ??

It’s for updating saves and logs from older versions of the same module.

It replaces each counter in the current game that you have access to (i.e. not hidden or concealed by an opponent) with the latest version of that counter from the current module based on the Palette slot it came from.
