Vassal 3.7.19 - Uploading Issue

When I attempt to upload Vassal 3.7.19, I am presented with an ‘error message’ thus:-

Error opening file for writing:

C: \Program Files\VASSAL-3.7.19 re\bin\awt.dil

Click Abort to stop the installation, Retry to try again, or Ignore to skip this file.

I expect you’re having a permissions problem—the user you are logged in as doesn’t have permission to write to the location to which you’re trying to install Vassal.

Does C:\Program Files\Vassal-3.7.19 exist on your machine?
