Vassal Launcher reports Module Other Info in Version field

I’m not 100% sure this is actually a bug, but it sure feels like one…

Additional module info 1 (ModuleOther1) is reporting in the VERSION field of the launcher, appending to the actual version number.

Additional module info 2 (ModuleOther2) does NOT display anywhere in the launcher (version, description fields).

I have PREFERENCES - Show Developer Info checked…

Module Properties documentation doesn’t really explain how to use these fields and in particular does not reference the difference in how they are being used in the launcher display.

Thoughts:

  1. I don’t expect either Other Info field to show up in the Version Field

  2. I would expect these 2 fields to behave the same way

  3. How I think it should behave (options)

  • IF show developer info is checked, these fields should display in the launcher
  • Add checkboxes in preferences to display this einformation (1 to display both or 1 for each)
