A friend of mine is still using Windows 98. He can’t get Vassal to run so I assume it is because it does not work with Windows 98. Can anyone confirm that this is the case? Thanks.

Version 3.1.3 does not work with Windows 98 due to a bug. That bug should
be fixed in the current development build, available here:
nomic.net/~uckelman/tmp/vassal/
The bug fix will also appear in 3.1.4, which we intend to release later
this week.
