vsav sent from another computer: counters but no map

Copying a vsav file from one OSX computer to another, the counters show up but the map is empty (blank).

Both of these things are at the top of the errorLog, which you can
find in the Help menu of the Module Manager.

In fact, just post a complete errorLog from the machine where you’re
having the problem, after you try to load the vsav.
