What is "Tucson DLB 2020" (on the server)?

I always look at what’s being played on the Vassal server on my daily visit to this site and I often see a room labeled “Tucson DLB 2020”, or something similar with “Tucson” in the title.
What is that?

There is a Facebook group called Tucson Dynasty League Baseball, so I would guess it’s a privately shared module for players to play the Dynasty League Baseball game. One of the users in a recently created server room matches the name of someone mentioned in that Facebook group.
