How do I implement a wheel - pivot from a corner ?
I tried to do this with the PIVOT but no success, could not get the required corner to lock in position.

Persistence pays off - actually got it working. Difficulty was getting the measurement scale correct. Every thing seems to be in 72 pixels per inch and all images need to match this.
