Why am I now "newbie"?

In some of my modules, I have ran across the problem that when I upgrade to 3.2.7 and delete my old 3.2.2 my profile name changes in my logs to “newbie”.

Any idea why?

Yep. I installed 3.2.8 and uninstalled 3.2.7 and the first log I received in my PBEM, I was “Newbie” again.

Installing 3.2.8 after 3.2.7 is not a good test. What would be a
good test is installing 3.2.2, verifying that you get the expected
username when running 3.2.2, then installing 3.2.8 and running it.
Would you do that?
