Best way to show a "tool tip" with the piece name

I have some counters that could be better served by having a tool-tip showing it’s PieceName.

Now what I’m doing is creating a SECOND Mouse-over Stack Viewer that shows $PieceName$ above pieces (is always just one) and doesn’t show a picture, this is filtered by properties so that this MOS Viewer shows just those counters.

Is there a better way to do that? I’m worried that having more than one Stack Viewer could cause problems.
