Can I safely delete all but the most recent tmp archive?

My work folder is getting cluttered with archive files such as tmp3194292221357474852

Another post I read gave me the impression these are OK to delete (except maybe the most recent one), is this true?

It’s fine to delete them so long as you’re certain you don’t need the
contents. Those should be deleted automatically, unless there’s a
permissions problem which is preventing VASSAL from doing so.
