Created a transparent marker to put above a stack who let appear unit beneath

If someone can tell me how do thank you :slightly_smiling_face:.

I think that you need to create a transparent image for the marker, sized to the dimensions of the pieces that you wish to overlay. With a stack this might mean using an over-sized marker.

I have not created a completely transparent marker myself but I have got one that is part transparent / part not. My example outlines the edge of the hex and has a centre dot, so not exactly what you want. However, I can confirm that the transparent part of the marker does mask the underlying pieces (e.g. right-click gives a menu for the marker). The marker in this case is non-movable and does not stack either.

Have you tried a fully transparent image?

If you aren’t sure how to create one, just open a copy of the image file for of one of the stacked pieces, in a graphics program. Select the entire image and cut it. This should give you a transparent image that is the same size as the piece. Save this file and use it as the image for your marker. You can experiment from there.
