I have a 2d6 dice system that has 10 different results. When you roll the dice you look at a chart.
But what if it said the result you rolled, so instead of just rolling a 7, it says 7 AND what thats means.
Is this possible with Vassal?

Yes, it is.
You can do so via the Report function.
If you enter the odds into a global property before rolling you can handle a whole Combat Results Table of any size.
