General module design... include Delete function!

Just got through messing about with the A Victory Denied module. I was setting up the game, and drew too many command chits, only to find I was unable to delete them.
So, I make a general plea, when designing modules please don’t make pieces that cannot be deleted.

Why not just use the standard game setup that comes with the module? It has all of the pieces ready to go, placed in their correct starting position.
