Global Key Command - Range 0.... can i have an example?

I’m retrying a thing i got abandonded for long time.
My original post was here.

I may have forgot a lot of thing in the meanwhile, but what it means “…which then triggers a Global Key Command with range of zero…”?

I can’t find any “range” in the GKC properties…

May i have an example about it?
I guess that even been pointed to a module that implement it can be enough, although is hard to seek for key command assignement without a list of them…

If you click the “Restrict Range” option on the GKC, a box will pop up allowing you to add a range value.
