Help in adding a chit pull system to VASL

I’d like to add a chit pull draw cup to VASL. Maybe using VASL extensions. Can anyone point me in the right direction as I have no idea how to implement this?

What is VASL? Do you mean VASSAL? I suggests to add Mask trait to the pieces and use Deck.
