How to create a new module page with the new site layout?

Hi, when I follow the instructions to create a new module page, I do not see the link to create a new page. I suspect this is related to the new site layout. How do I create a new module page now?

You have to log in to the Wiki separately from the forums, then the option to create a new page will appear.
