Is there anyway to hide text fields without hiding the counter/unit itself?

I’d like to mask some fields that need to display for one side without the other seeing it

If the platform supports permissions, you might be able to control field visibility by user role while keeping the counter visible. Otherwise a workaround could be using separate views or conditional display rules.
