Hi, I have made an update to my Absolute War Vassal module, but I am not currently an owner on the module page and I cannot upload my update. What is the process for becoming an owner? Thanks!

Write to the current owner - @bdgza (click the username and then click Message) - see also here.
If you cannot not get a hold of @bdgza with a reasonable effort, you can ask @uckelman to add you as owner.
On the old wiki page you where not listed as a maintainer nor contributor - even though you have apparently uploaded version of the module.
Please remember to tag the post that answer your question once you have resolved the issue. That helps others with similar issues more easily find a solution to their problem.

What @cholmcc suggested is what you should when you want to join a project. In this case, as you were the uploader of the most recent three releases, it appears that you’ve been the module maintainer for a while, so ought to have been made one of the project owners when we did the library conversion.
I’ve added you as an owner of the project.
