Mouse over stack in readonly Player Hand

I want to zoom Cards by using Mouse over stack functionality in read only Player Hand. So Player hand is belongs only to 1 side, but visible to other sides. In this situation, Mouse over stack not works for another players.

Any ideas how to workaround this?
