Place Items from Deck to Scattered Zone Locations

I have a set of game chits which exist as elements of [Deck] on the Board [Map Window]. The Board itself contains a Multi-zoned Grid with Zones defined intended to receive one each of the aforementioned chits.

What I need, therefore, is a single command which will distribute one chit from the Deck in turn to each of the defined Zones. I can’t quite work out how to do this.

That’s something I’ve gotten rather good at as I use a random distribution system a lot.
