Private Notes Issue

I have added a notes section to the Virgin Queen module so that I can solo and make private notes for each side as I go through the game.

When I switch sides, within the game (using that ingame facility), and change password (via preferences), the private notes are still visible to the new side. What am I doing wrong?

I guess what I am asking is the exact sequence of changing sides and passwords to ensure the private notes cannot be seen by the new side.

I have now figured this out. The private notes system ties to the password but only within logs. In other words, a savegame will not hide the private notes no matter what the password is but a logfile stepped through WILL hide the private notes.
