I am looking for this Map of the Proud Monster 1994 and the Vassal module (not Proud Monster Deluxe 2011)

This game is available as an ADC2 module and Vassal has a conversion tool to make it into a Vassal module. I’m not sure how much more work would be needed to make it a viable, functioning Vassal module, but here are the steps:

Download the ADC2 game folder from this page by clicking on its entry in the list:

Unzip the folder to where you might like to have it.

From the main module library screen in Vassal select Tools/Convert Module and navigate to one of the “.OPS” files in the folder you unzipped the ADC2 module to and choose it. I suggest the OPS file named: “Proud Monster Death and Destruction”. The conversion might take 30 seconds or so and displays a couple cryptic error messages about the sides in the game.
I got this far myself and it looks like a lot of work, but if you only want the map, click on new game and you’ll get the full board that you can size appropriately and take a screen shot of it. Or you can open the vmod with a tool like 7-zip, drill down to the images folder and extract the file “baselayer.png” for a higher definition map perhaps.
Edit: it looks like if you follow the link in the OP’s post you can get to a download of the file already converted to a Vassal module. I don’t know if more work has been done on it then just the conversion process described above.
