This is about some of the markers at the start of the 1861 scenario.
I can’t seem to remove them from the mapboard. Specifically, the fort in DC, the CSA marker on 4804, the Union flag on 4605 and 4303.
They seem to be permanently on the map. Anybody know how to get rid of them?
I am somewhat familiar with the module editor.
No need to resort to the editor. These pieces are using one of the user-hostile features of the Does Not Stack trait–where you must hold down a key in order to select the piece to then manipulate it further. In this case it’s the Shift key you have to hold down while clicking the piece.
This is a very frustrating feature for players unless it’s clearly documented by a module creator, and few seem to bother.
