Removing unnecessary files from the module

I have a problem with editing the module and removing unnecessary files from it.
Earlier, I changed the module to ZIP, removed unnecessary stuff, packed and changed the end to vmod.
Now, every time the program does not recognize the module after the above operation.

Has anything changed?

How can I remove unnecessary files from inside the module?
